The excursions on our website are among the most popular and most booked excursions in Tenerife. Therefore, we cannot always keep our calendar up to date. If you wish to make a booking for a particular excursion, please follow the steps below

- Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you the tickets
- You pay the remaining amount at the start of your excursion

With us, you only pay an advance for the excursion you have booked. After receiving your deposit, we will send you the tickets that guarantee your place on the excursion. You pay the remaining amount at the start of the excursion.
Cancel
You can cancel all excursions on our website free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you unfortunately have to cancel your excursion please contact us immediately with your tickt number. We will fully refund the amount paid by you if you cancel 24 hours before departure. Should the provider have to cancel the tour due to weather conditions or technical problems, we will always look for an equivalent tour or another time. If this fails, you will also receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
