2 months agoWe had an unforgettable experience on this catamaran tour! We were lucky to see whales up close - truly breathtaking. The food on board was delicious, and we had the chance to swim in the beautiful waters. The crew was very friendly and professional, making sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. Special thanks to Gabriel, who was especially attentive and made our trip even more enjoyable. The restrooms on board were spotless. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an amazing day at sea!

2 months agoGreat trip, service & staff. Got to see both whales 🐳 & dolphins 🐬. 3 hour trip, food & drinks included, swim stop & also pictures taken & available to buy at a very reasonable price. One of the best boat trips I have been on 👌🏼

2 months agoWe booked the 3 hours catamaran trip outside the hotel where we were staying. The price was good and included bus and lunch and drinks on board. There was plenty of food (paella, chicken nuggets chips) but there was no fruit afterwards! Not an issue. The crew were great. They always took care on approaching the whales so they were not disturbed. They seemed to be happy to follow us as we sailed the area, slowly. They came very close and we manage to get some stunning pictures. This on its own was worth the price of the excursion. One small downside is the net area works on first come first serve basis, so we had no chance to sit there - and as a result losing on what you would first associate with a catamaran trip. However the spotting of the whales and the friendliness of the staff made it worth every penny and more.

3 months agoIt was awful. The only positive thing was that we saw the whales and dolphins and but I couldn't enjoy the trip because I was absolutely mad with the service, I was asked by the staff to move from the place where my family sit because the stroller with my sleeping baby blocked the pass to the bar. So why not to inform us before we embark where we could sit with a baby? Instead of asking us to move in the middle of the trip when there was none empty space with shade left. By the way, we were in the first 10 people to come to the boat so we could choose any other place but nobody informed us. Toilet is disgusting and full of urine 🤢 a lot of vomiting people around you so if you are sensitive , you will join them soon 🤮 Food- paella was ok but chips and nuggets (just for kids ) was of lowest quality ever tasted by me, I was hungry as hell but couldn't eat them. But the ticket seller told us about sandwiches which would be much more appropriate type of food for moving catamaran (plates with rice were falling and there was no space where to put the plate). Drinks were fresh and nice. Later the technician (sorry forgot the name) tried to help us with finding the place and was very nice to us but in general the impression after the trip was - the company just making money without thinking of people ... specially in the end the ugly guide was hinting to leave the tips with the bucket of coins. Sorry ... you don't deserve a penny with your attitude to people.

5 months agoAmazing experience strongly recommended. Long version below:We had booked a 3 hour cruise with dolphin and whale watching with pickup from our hotel (you can choose any point for FREE bus pickup in south Tenerife) and missed the pickup due to a misunderstanding concerning my phone number. I called their Support number and the driver of the free bus stopped and waited for us to get there. For me this was a never before. The trip itself and the 3 hours were amazing. The guide, the sailors, the captain, all of them are skilled entertainers and know how to make a good time for everyone. In this trip we also had free food included, chicken paella which was amazing and fresh. They also prepared a children's' menu with nuggets and french fries. We stopped to enjoy a swim in the ocean, and then headed back to the port, where another free bus was waiting to take us back to the initial meeting point.Thank you Maxicat for this amazing experience.
