2 months agoFirstly the entire day was seamless and it was clearly well planned, we were consistently given updates and information which made everyone feel very comfortable. Every part of the trip was breathtaking and made so much better by the simplified information we could comprehend and follow. Our guide, Isobel was absolutely amazing and made the trip. Her humour and enthusiasm throughout was excellent, she is an amazing photographer, astrologist and guide and we could not be more grateful and impressed with her. I let her know in advance that I had planned a proposal on the trip and she put in the extra effort to make it so special, managing to subtly let me know where and when would be the best moment and being our photographer for the special moment. It was such a magical evening and I recommend that if you have the chance to do this, you should (especially if you get Isobel as your guide)

2 months agoTiede by night was the most incredible excursion, Jesper our tour guide was so knowledgeable. The day started at 3 and we drove up into the mountains and had a few stops on the way. We saw the black lava flows and amazing views from the foothills of Teide. We had a 3 course dunner which was basic but fine...the wine was good! We watched the incredible sunset above the clouds , such a magical moment. Then Jesper explained the constellations and how to find the north star. The stars were incredible, I've never seen so many! We then looked through telescopes which had been set up for us. We saw Jupiter and it's moons, Orion's nebular and loads of other stuff. Can highly recommend the trip, such good value but Jesper really made it with his knowledge and humour. Just two tips, take layers as it gets cold up there and take some cash, we would have liked to have left Jesper a tip but we only had our cards.

5 months agoGreat trip. Didn't know what to expect but it was fascinating. Learned so much about the island, the climate, the geology and the geography. A long day but well worth it. Elena was our guide and she was excellent - great energy and very kknowledgeable. Went up the first bit of mountain in thick cloud and could never have believed that we would emerge into blue sky but we did at about 2000 metres Saw the sunset and also a really lovely stargazing experience, viewing the moon, Saturn and Jupiter. Food and drink was generous - nothing special but it was fine and all delivered very efficiently. Harry the driver was also excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

5 months agoI came to Tenerife for the first time with my family, we decided to take on this guided bus tour to learn more about the island, and i have to say it really paid off. We were greeted by Isabel, a really nice and warm woman, she was the best guide i ever had, she continuously kept us focused and enchanted, sprinkling some jokes here and there, for the purpose of making everyone lighthearted and also to not have the result of a boring tour. Her guidance was the opposite of boring, she was passionate about the things she talked about, and it transferred to us, making us also very passionate and amazed about what we were seeing. We had a mixture of the beautiful scenery, some history and also a very interesting and complete view of the stars that we could see. I’ve never encountered a guide that could transport me completely in the place that we were visiting, she was very easygoing and very professional, but when needed she didn’t hesitate to be strict. I think that she definitely raised the bar, by a lot. Also my special thanks go to Ruben, our tour driver, he’s really good at what he does, i can’t imagine driving on such narrow roads. Also if you need anything that he can help you with, he’ll help you in a heartbeat. In conclusion, we were very happy with our choice, would definitely do it again. 🫶🏼

3 weeks agoBeautiful all around view of the island with an honorable mention at the cloud sea fantastic view of the sky too. BIG delusion with the transport, if you have to have a 2 hours drive with 10+ stops in the island streets where people easily get car sick i have to know it in advance so i can choose an other option. instead we have been told that the drive was gonna be 1 hour long and no mention of all the stops. still gonna give credit when it’s due, the trip was fantastic and Jasper was a terrific guide, would have been 5⭐️ with better transport and dinner.
