2 weeks agoI absolutely loved visiting this place with my wife and it is a must visit if you're in Tenerife! The ambience and decor of the place is amazing and it's pretty well maintained. The staff were super friendly and the rides/slides are super fun. We managed to buy a fast pass which allowed us to do all rides at least twice! I probably would have been quite annoyed without it as the queues can be very long. Some tips to make the most out of your trip: - Book in advance - Get there early so you can buy a Fast Pass. A fast pass allows you to acces all rides without barely any queues at least once. - Don't bother with VIP tickets as you likely won't have time / care to use any of the fancy services they provide.

in the last weekThe water park is the definition of a "must see" in Tenerife. The only problem is the lockers, because of which you can lose a lot of time if you choose a busier one, because the park is so huge, it's not worth it to walk around and check where it's least crowded, because you'd lose a lot of time. The choice of slides is wide, from family-friendly to adrenaline-filled. The newest slide is well worth a visit, but unfortunately for it the fast-pass does not work at the moment. Otherwise, definitely take a FAST-PASS, without it I wouldn't have been able to visit all the slides. I think that in principle you don't need to buy water shoes from them, flip flops are just fine, just leave them at the entrance when you go to the slide. The selection of food is not great, but at least the prices are acceptable, considering that they could be higher since they are the only provider in the water park. The burger, chicken and fries were good. The water park is given one lower rating, due to the long queues at the lockers, the lack of food and the inability to use the fast-pass on all the slides, if I had not bought the fast-pass the rating would definitely be much lower, as the queues were quite long at each slide minimum 20 minutes.

a week agoI had so much fun spending a day in this park. There were so many fun rides and the wave pool was epic. I was a bit worried as although I can move in water, I'm not someone who knows how to swim to save myself. This didn't matter at all as most of the rides had floaters and you always land in a shallow area so you don't really need to know how to swim to enjoy it. I went with a friend and we took our time to explore most of the rides. You can spend a whole day here without getting bored. Now let's talk about first pass. We didn't go on a school holiday and so the park wasn't extremely full. I didn't think I was missing out on anything by not paying for first pass. However I think this would come in handy on very busy times of the year. The first pass allows you skip the queues for the rides. I did wonder though what would happen if everyone decided to pay for first pass 🤣 All in all, I had an amazing time here and I recommend it a 100%.

a week agoGreat place to make memories with the whole family. We got a deal online for entry with a free burger. Queues are long so you need to be ready, get in early, run to second locker location at the beach. One of you get beds and the other one get a locker. Then get on as many slides as you can before the queues build up. Fast pass would be worth it. We didn't because not everyone in the group was wanting to go on everything. Burger place very busy also but disappointed you have to pay extra for mayo and ketchup on your burger! Overall it's an experience that you're paying for.

3 weeks agoIt's honestly the best water park ever. Get there before it opens and we did get fast track tickets which was worth it as some of the queues were ridiculous. For two it cost €140 plus €20 to hire towels (take your own) Next time we would take the bare minimum (no valuables) as we hired a locker €5 which always ended up being the other end of the park when we wanted something. I had a waterproof pouch for my phone, but would of prefered to grab a sunbed and explore. All in all a great day out
