Buggy Paradise Tenerife

We had the best experience with Buggy Paradise. Rick our guide was very friendly and helpful making sure everyone was ok throughout the excursion. Had a great time on and off road getting to see different places on the island.

From a tourist perspective we received a very negative impression from all staff one women was very rude not overly kind I personally addressed to her that I felt like this was a very negative attitude from her toward both me and my partner, driver of transportation wasn’t very kind felt like he was rushing because wasn’t taking much care on the road and as for the experience itself meant to be 3hrs of road witch we booked and paid €190 for was not worth the money paid as in the end it was roughly 45 minutes of road and two stops witch lasted 10 minutes and the other over 20 minutes witch isn’t exactly what we had paid for given that it was meant to be a 3hr of road experience we spend more time on the road than of it have to say if I go back to Tenerife this would be one thing for sure I would never do again! and i honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone not when the staff themselves are rude and disrespectful to paying customers talk about customer service they’d need to reconsider there staff when I asked for to speak to a manager about the issue we had the manager would only speak with the staff member over the phone in Spanish witch we didn’t understand and the staff member was so rude she couldn’t be bothered to explain what the manager had said on the issue so that left a very negative impression so for anyone looking to book to do buggy’s I recommend you book with someone else and not buggy paradise don’t waste your money on nasty people like we did!! If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! Also to add it says 3hrs of road no it’s not it only last 2hr and 25 minutes so false advertising of how long it lasts for the money you spend is ridiculous and not worth it

Enjoyed every minute of our buggy tour, hotel pick up service is amazing and helps so much our tour guides name was Rick very friendly and helpful all around the tour lovely stop offs as well for pictures and a drink in the bar , Rick was very helpful in take pictures of us and was very happy to do so, the off road part of the tour was amazing the googles helped a lot and the €5 masks are a must buy. All in all an amazing experience and would highly recommend it.

We went as a 6 hiring 3 buggies and we’re absolutely delighted with our experience. Pickup and drop off to hotel made it stress free. The buggy ride was brilliant, decent off road areas to see what the buggies can do… brilliant off road fun 🤩 Rick was our host and was really accommodating, we stopped for a while in a few spots for photos, drinks and a sandwich. Mixing up the road and off road as well as showing us some hotspots and viewpoints he made it an experience to remember. Honestly get yourself booked in if your in the area… take a face mask with you but goggles are provided 👌🏻

The driver on the hotel pickup with a complete maniac, tailgating, undertaking and nearly colliding with our vehicles. The handover was fine and the buggy seemed well maintained. The route taken was not the best, mainly on busy roads with only 30 mins of a 3 hour session spent driving around waste ground following the leader at very slow speeds. The quad experience I did with another company took a much better route up the mountain.
