I booked the horseback riding experience as it was something that my husband and I had on our bucket list. Not having a car I enquired about the paid transport through WhatsApp message and received a rely almost instantly advising that the extra 20 euro was for up to 4 people and a round trip, I thought this was extremely reasonable so decided to go ahead and make the booking. Stino who picked us up from our hotel was running late and graciously messaged us to let us know. There was plenty of good chat on the journey to and from the stables. We were allocated a horse each and got to groom them before embarking on our adventure. It was great to see the love the staff had for the horses. Walter who took us on the trek was very entertaining and made sure we were all safe and comfortable. He took plenty of photos and videos of the group with some great ones of the sunset and we received these the same evening again via WhatsApp. Some of them will be printed and mounted on the wall. This was only the 3rd time I had been on a horse and the 1st time for my husband and we both loved it and said we would definitely do it again when we return to the island. I am not going to lie, my journey back to the UK the following day was uncomfortable (saddle sore) but the entire experience was well worth it. Thank you to Stino for the advise to take a walk after the trek to loosen the muscles I am sure if I hadn't done so I would have been 10 times worse hahahaha. If you ever fancy horseback riding whilst in South Tenerife I would highly recommend booking through this company.

We are a family of 4, Siam passes sorted and lifts to and from, then today the most amazing boat trip ever!!!! The boat we went on today was insane, staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble! They went above and beyond to make our experience incredible! We highly recommend this company and everything about them! Thank you! Would never use anyone else!!!!

Wow! Triperife outdone themselves with their private island tour. It was amazing. So personalised and Stino was the most amazing host/guide. We highly recommend this company and will be booking more excursions with them. Lots of photos opportunities and cute little refreshment stops. Their tour was really personalised and we enjoyed every minute of it. We even had a 7 month old baby with us and a car seat was provided. We had a fully air-conditioned minibus to ourselves (5 of us). Picked us up right in front of our hotel and dropped back there. Thank you for an unforgettable day Stino

WOW! What Can I say? Triperfie absolutely made our holiday such a breeze. The best customer service I have ever experienced from an excursions company by far. After finding the company via Facebook we began to put a plan together. We decided on what excursions we wanted to do and Stijn put an itinerary together for us with a break down plan of each excursion. We had many if conversations at various hours - sometimes past midnight!Once we were happy with the plan Stijn even went out of his way to give us a call to ensure we were all happy with the plan of action. After payment was completed our tickets arrived via email, and we were set to go.After explaining we will be staying in a non-tourist destination he even went out of his way to organise pick up and drop off for us (non drivers). By far the best customer experience I have ever been given. We booked several excursions as listed bellow - all through Trierife making it so much easier. * Kayaking & Snorkeling * Loro Parque * Siam Park *Medieval Night *Star Gazing * Caves Sadly the Stargazing was cancelled the first night due to the weather however was rebooked for my birthday a following day, and we saw the most beautiful sunset. Due to the weather it wasn't too clear but that can't be helped - its nature. Stijn went the extra mile and provided a bottle of cava for us to celebrate my birthday whilst watching the sunset & stars. Similar happened with the Caves due to the winds as was unsafe so this was cancelled again nothing to be done about this, yet Stijn offered us refunds and also the options to try and do other things if wanted.I can honestly say 10/10 services and would highly recommend to anyone, we will most certainly be using Tripe rife again in the near future! He even gave us lifts to the airport to get our flights in time! By far the best excursion company I've come across and such a genuine lovely person too! Thanks for your help & providing us great experiences to remember!
