2 weeks agoA perfect day on the water! Our second incredible trip with BAT4ALL. This was our second visit to the wonderful team at BAT4ALL, and it was every bit as magical as the first. It was so lovely to see Fabio and his crew again; their warmth and professionalism truly make the experience special. Our first trip was a private excursion for our honeymoon, where the team made it possible for me to go scuba diving - an unforgettable memory. This time, we joined a group excursion and were thrilled to see that the company is thriving. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we were treated to beautiful sightings of both Pilot Whales and Bottlenose Dolphins. As a full-time wheelchair user, I can say with confidence that their claim of being fully accessible is absolutely true. Every aspect of the experience is seamless and dignified. We wholeheartedly recommend BAT4ALL to anyone, whether you have accessibility needs or not. It is a truly wonderful and inclusive company providing an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

4 months agoThe guys from Bat4All were really hospitable. We saw a few dolphins briefly, but despite a good search, we were unable to see a whale. This didn't matter because it was a nice experience and was topped off with a nice pasta as the sun came down. My father particularly enjoyed it as he was able to come in his wheelchair.

7 months agoThis tour was just amazing. The guys were fantastic and made everything possible. We saw whales, dolphins and a turtle. Franko and Fabio were there for us at all times and were always happy, friendly and helpful. The sunset was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and the food was great. We are totally happy and filled with gratitude and happiness. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

5 months agoWould give 10 stars if I could! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The boat trip was amazing - beautiful views and Fabio put in a lot of effort to make sure we saw pilot whales and dolphins 🐬 also went swimming in the ocean - a rare treat as a wheelchair user. I also booked the El Teide Sunset tour with wine tasting and tapas. It was perfect 👌 as a disabled female solo traveller it can be difficult to trust someone to drive you into the mountains, but I would trust Fabio with my life. He knew all the best viewing spots and wheelchair accessible trails and I would recommend this tour to everyone! I even got to bring my darling service dog 🐕🦺

4 months agoThursday we had a great boat trip. Very friendly and professional staff. They do everything to give you a great experience! The boat is well adapted and the lift on the boat is great! For people in a wheelchair like me, they can help you with the lift on the boat into the ocean to swim. So no problems with stairs or anything. Ideal! We saw turtles, dolphins and pilot whales. And swam in the ocean! Thank you Bat4All for this great experience!
