3 months agosuper nice walk along the ocean. Anatoly told us all the way about whales and how smart this creature is and what habits and traditions they have. At the beginning of the walk we saw a shark fin, and a little later a turtle. Only when a whale swam up to us at a distance of a meter was it something, and when it swam past us it was simply a breathtaking sight. Thank you for the impressions I received. I highly recommend you buy this walk from them, you will not regret it

a year agoI booked almost last minute on the off chance there may be space for 4. Liliya was amazing and managed to make space for us. Amazing customer service and they arranged for a pick up and drop off from where we were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. We chose to do the 2hr shared trip and we found that was enough time and there was lots of room for everyone. It was a super hot day so we sat upper deck. We were also offered cold drinks which was really good. We managed to see a number of whales which was awesome. Only minor sea sickness felt but the crew were great with my daughter and checking on her. I would 100% recommend Diamond. Thank you!

a year agoThis was a fantastic experience. We are a family of 4 and when we were on the boat there were only 9 passengers in total. In comparison to the other boats we saw which seemed very crowded. The two pilots made sure that we got to see both whales and dolphins on the trip and we spent a good amount of time at each location (it was a 2 hour trip). On the way back they stopped and pointed out a turtle as well. The boat has good possibilities to sit wither in shade or in the sun as one wishes. They also provided us with soft drinks and beer on the way back. The trip exceeded our expectations and we have already recommended it to others. Thank you for a great trip guys!

a year agoMy husband, daughter and I booked this boat trip to see whales and dolphins and we were not disappointed. There were only 5 people on board this fabulous speed boat and the 2 guides were so informative and skilled they managed to track down some Whales, plus babies. What a great 3 hours, with a sandwich and refreshments at a cove on the way back. I would highly recommend this trip.

8 months agoEnglish speakers beware!!!! This is expensive and a rip off. One to avoid. I've done many such trips as I have travelled the world and loved them all but not so with this company Avoid it! This is the worst holiday trip I have ever experienced. The boat went out to sea without any form of safety briefing despite there being small children on board. The crew - a skipper and guide - didn't so much as introduce themselves and spoke no English nor gave any explanation of the trip to us. The guide explained everything in Russian only. Despite the majority of people on the boat being British no crew member said hello or introduced themselves in English. There was no explanation of what we were doing or might see and when we did see dolphins and whales the only explanation was in Russian. One Russian speaker did however explain that the guide had explained the dolphins were a particularly friendly breed. When I asked what we might see the skipper said pilot whales and dolphins, shrugged and added "it is the ocean madam" - that was the sum total of the English guide in the one hour I spent on the boat. I have never left a bad review but this trip is almost double the cost of the standard trips. Luckily for me a child was sick and we returned to harbour after an hour allowing me to get off. The tour company offered me 20 of the 65 euros paid as a refund despite my only having 1/3 of the trip and no snacks being offered. Definitely a company to avoid.
