4 months agoExcellent experience & exceptional customer service!We hired Atlanca for 5hours for three people, the documents were emailed & sent on WhatsApp immediately after booking.Upon arrival we were greeted by Daria & Martyna who were both brilliant! They were very friendly and professional, making the safety brief fun and enjoyable but ensuring everyone was paying attention and alert - very nice to see!The boat is clean & well maintained, they gave us a cool box with water & Pringles for the journey. You're also provided with a map of the local coast / bays that are best to visit or avoid.Snorkels, goggles, big waterproof speaker and an Aquablade are all included for swimming, this was a nice touch!During our journey the waves became too large and the current was too strong for my driving ability, we rang Daria & Martyna, they answered the phone straight away and offered advice / came to the rescue and we came back to the port. The sea was fine - I just over estimated my abilities being so far out haha!As this was only 3 hours into our 5 hour booking, Daria & Martyna immediately offered for us to return on a later day and finish our remaining 2 hours. We happily accepted, luckily for me it was a calm day at sea. I thought this was incredible customer service!100% recommend, I will be booking this again if we return to Tenerife! Thanks

5 months agoReally nice experience and very scenic was also nice to be able to go in the sea when taking the 3 hour trip instead of 2 hour as you were able to have more time going into the water and not feeling like you are rushed. The two girls were really kind one called Anna and another Martyna who both told us the safety of being on the boat as well as things to do and see 10/10 recommend people do this excursion.

5 months agoWe had a super fun experience despite having no prior knowledge of water sports or boating. The three girls were very professional, giving us a comprehensive safety briefing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and it's excellent value for money.

5 months agoAbsolutely fantastic, Loved every minute! Patrick and Martyna were so helpful and Lovely even though we accidentally sent them 200 of our holiday photos by accident before we went on the boat . Well worth all the 5* reviews, will definitely use again next time we come to Tenerife!
